They arrived within 30 mins., which is incredible with the location I needed to be picked up. The entire time it was pouring rain and not once did the tow driver ever not have a smile on his face. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service.
We were told it would take them 45 minutes to get to us, but they did it in under 30. I really appreciate that kind of service. 6/5 stars.
